Brief Description:  Nose Cone & top, and Ballast Compartment

Cut out Nose top from remaining spare blue foam. Can do it in 4 pieces, and think it at least worth trying rather than waste wing foam. Made a template for the top of the nose from MDF, and another from F-22 back to the Instrument Panel, including the Canard, for visualisation purposes. See the critical bit for a smooth transition is the Canard Cover, will delay doing that until the Canopy frame is done.

Spent some time visualising what the ballast compartment, pitot and noselight will look like. It seems to me I have to finalise all this before installing the Nose Cone, restrained by the nose layups.

[Timewarp 24NOV2015: I am using a Feather Lite Nose Cone, and there are no instructions for its use. Have now come to the conclusion the Nose skin layups should overlap onto F-0, with the nose cone taped on afterward, so above decisions have been delayed. Still not sure how to fit everything in]
