Brief Description:  Nose sides and Nose Gear

2 x BID over inside of nose sides, leaving overlap unwet, which I tucked up, and let cure for a bit.

Floxed MKNG-15A & MKNG-2 onto Nose Strut, bolted up with AN4-13, plans screws not available. Can't make sense of the 10"lb torque the plans demand, it need more than that to rotate the bolts. Ended up about 25"lb.

Did some more work on bottom master cylinder mounts.

Made CS-105 spacers, needed a vigorous reaming before the bolts will go through, and the pedals need reaming before the spacers go though.

Micro'd the nose sides and wet out the overlapping BID. This worked REALLY badly, and I wish I had done it the way I wanted, like the fus bulkheads, glassing the sides, then mounting them and taping them after cure. Ugly, with lots of voids I can't reach.

3 x BID over the Canard tab pads. Can't help thinking this will screw up the canard geometry, which is why I cut a hole in the shed yesterday.
