Did some more trial fitting and discovered I can easily wind the EZ-Noselift in and out with a screwdriver through the pin hole of the manual extension. Using the limit switches as a guide wound the Lift in and out and geometry seems fine. Still not keen on drilling the NG-51 holes...
Removed inner foam and fg over MKNG-6 mount, using 2" holesaw and multitool, followed by wood chisel. Removed peel ply.
Tapered surroundings with multitool and 2" drum sander.
Prepped all, separated the NG-30 with a biro, (Kilometrico), placed a small bit of masking tape over the pilot hole and applied 2 x BID over all, overlapping 1" onto the flat. Peel plied edges.
Cut 1 x NG-14. In correspondence Jack Willhemson has indicated 1/2" OD 0.120" W tube, I used 6160-t6, 2.5" long.
