Brief Description:  Canard tips and Elevator counterweights

Trimmed Canard tips, redrilled hinge pin holes.

Trimmed CS-10 sockets and tapes.

Trial fitted Elevators and fitted CS-11. Both Elevators balance strongly TE up. Both have scope for further sanding, so reckon they are good to go!

Port Elevator has travel from 15 degrees TE up to 28 degrees TE down, the limit being CS-10 contacting the top skin. Stbd the same. Required vigorous sanding of the top side of the CS-10 tapes and the top of the sockets.

Chapter 11 finished! Well, except for some outstanding actions:

1) Did not see the point of countour and finish yet, will wait for some Wests epoxy.

2) Need to refit the washers that fell off the NC-4.

3) Clean up the hinge pins to ease elevator assembly.

4) 1 x BID to edges of CS-10, next time I'm in the mood.
