Brief Description:  Preparing Canard for upper skins

Long sanding boards worked better on upper spar cap, probably because of the more rounded profile. Just sanded the edge flat with the foam, mostly just for the thickness of the masking tape, then checked the profile with the F-template, adjusting as neccessary in a couple of places. Took 12 sheets of 80G though...

Roughed up visible shiny bits at the end of plies and any untouched bits of spar cap with sandpaper, and a plastic polishing wheel. Took a couple of dramatic gouges out of the foam with the wheel.

Cut up all the glass for the upper skin. Have a selvage edge for each LE to simplify the overlaps.
