Brief Description:  Preparing for Canard upper spar cap

Finished trough smoothing after removing jig, which worked well, minimal material removal required, some voids need filling.

Under-filled nail holes, etc. in foam with leftover micro, using a syringe.

Measured up for Elevator Hinge hardpoints. Drew on the plans BL positions, then offered up the Elevator Tubes crosscheck. There was some small variation, not investigated, just adjusted my lines for cutting foam. There are no dimensions given for where this goes along the chord line, used the side view in drawing M-11 to figure it out. Looks like 1/4" AFT of the spar cap TE, extending 1.5" AFT.

Hacked out one point with a broken hacksaw blade, then sharpen it to a point for the next one.

Puzzle a bit on how to profile the H100 foam to go into the hole, and decide to make a plug of spraycan foam in a plastic bag. [Timewarp 28may15: Dumb idea, will present the eventual process later]
