Brief Description:  Canard lower skin layup

Micro the foam, paint the spar cap with raw epoxy and slap on the skin. 1 x UNI, 1 x BID, then 1 x UNI. Peel ply the leading edge overlap part only. Keeping the UNI fibres straight was the main challenge.

On the recommendation of Michael Wood used a mini roller to spread the epoxy on a layup for the first time. I had used one before for wetting out the MLG tabs on the bench, but it worked really well here for the flat bits. Thanks Michael! Elevator cove seemes to respond better to stippling. Don't suppose it wasted TOO much epoxy, and will use in future for large layups. Didn't clean it, just scraped off what epoxy I could and diced it. Probably only need one, Aymeric wielded the roller while I stippled and mixed epoxy, and he beat me to the far wingtip each ply!

Another innovation, bought a gas fired fan heater from Bunnings Aerospace, my crappy shed is nice and warm and it is 11 degrees outside.
