Brief Description: Fit Canard Attach Tabs

Removed peel ply. Refitted tab drilling jigs and drilled the attach holes using an improvised depth stop. Removed silicon with awl. Floxed and bolted Cozy Grrl tabs (standard thickness, but God they look thin) with AN4-7A bolts with AN960-416 washers, torqued down to 50"/lb
