Brief Description:  Shear Web layup

Tried to tape up the rear of the Spar trough, but masking tape, electrical tape and box tape didn't stick well. Unded up using box tape, and discovered it sticks to UNI like sh1t to a blanket. [Timewarp 12MAY15: While taping up the LE for the bottom skin layup discovered brads hold tape on real good, I see not problem with securing the tape to the core with 1mm flathead brads, I used 1.6mm and 1 would have been enough. Would enable trimming or draping over the TE]

Filled Nutplate holes with silicon.

Layed up Shear Web as per the plans, 6 x UNI with 1 x BID in the centre. 9 x BID pads over the Nutplates, with another 1 x BID over them.

Peel plied all.

Lost track of the dowell holes adjacent of the attach tabs.

Got confused a couple of times and put it on the wrong way, or started at the wrong place, but the UNI peeled off and re-applied easily. Bloody tape pulled out a bit of UNI when removing, squished it back into place.

Have lost track of the dowells though the BID pads, hope the torch trick works, or I'll try drilling from the rear, after a couple of days cure to avoid delam.
