Brief Description:  MLG Axle install

Trying a different method for STBD side after last debacle.

Applied 3 x BID pad over outer face only, with extra plies forward due to shape and twist.

Drilled, reamed and bolted up PORT Axle. Unbolted all, placed on the f*&king torque plate and rebolted all. Used 2 x AN4-23 and 2 x AN4-24 bolts.

Cleaned up PORT caliper cutout and trial fitted. Clearance was fine at outboard side of caliper, but reduced unnacceptable inboard. Had to grind away some more from the lobes, now parallel to travel along the locating pins. Clearance is now correct!

Trial fitted wheel and caliper. Discovered outboard caliper needs to be removed before caliper, (or wheel), can be fitted. How odd! Have only refitted loosely, won't torque it up until ready to fly.

4 hours after applying BID pad, flox on the axle, in its jigs. Taped up the Strut and Axle to try and minimise flox smears
