Finished figuring internal foam on Landing Brake and trimming exterior layup. Ended up about 3/8" thick, bit less over the strut, at the edges of the NACA. All fits flush with clearance from the strut. Outer glass overlap about 1" minus a bit for a curvy transition.
Drilled, tapped and screwed LB hinge onto Fuselage Bottom.
Drilled and reamed Hinge, Actuator Brackets and Landing Brake.
Plans R10 screws too short for Actuator Bracket. R11 OK. Likewise on hinge, except R10 works over ply insert. Screws still need torquing up. Trial assembled then bracket removed again for floxing.
