AFT bits and edges profiled with razor saw and sandpaper.
NACA cut flat with router table, a flat channel cut in a frame. Prop it at either end and slide the router up and down to cut the bottom perfectly flat, regardless of foam type and micro join. Worked brilliantly thanks Drew!
Calculated area that had to be removed in AFT Fuselage taper and drew a big, wobbly penis on it. Now to get it off!
