Brief Description:  Heat Duct & Seatbrace external layup

Trial fitted parts to fuselage. Occurs to me I should have weighed the Heat Duct before cutting it up, to determine how much weight it gained in repair. After much grinding off of excess flox and rounding with a file and trying it by heft decide the part is usable, promising myself I REALLY would have thrown it away if it wasn't.

Prepare Seatbelt mount tube, clean and alodine. Remembered to adjust location due Seatback AFT 1" and prepare hole with round file. Flox in and apply cute zig-zaggy UND reinforcement. Wet this out in one piece on peel ply over cutting mat, cut off slices with 'pizza' cutter and transferred with 2" strip of peel ply inserted before each cut.

2 x BID tapes applied on back side of map pocket and 2 x BID applied overall, overlapping 1" on previously glassed left side.
