Brief Description:  Assemble Keel/Heat Duct & Seatbrace

Snagged my clothes on the bits protruding through the firewall once too often and trimmed them off, plans say do this much later, but I've had it with them.

Trimmed parts and found I had created two right sides for the Seatbrace. If you draw a rectangle and bisect it you DON'T get two mirror image parts as I had visualised, you get two identical parts. Looked at a few others websites and they seem to have done the same, and I maybe wouldn't have had enough foam to do otherwise. Perplexing. Doesn't seem like a disaster though, will assemble the innards on the other side and glass the real inside on the defective. Instead of 2 x BID on the whole exterior after assembly will just overlap 2".

Floxed together Heat Duct over wooden blocks hot glued to table & held together with nails. [Timewarp WARNING: Don't do it the way I did the first time, peer into the future and see the right way]

Floxed together map pocket using wooden blocks to keep square. Omitted plans tapes at this point as all seemed a bit hard with wet flox & nails holding it all together. Can't see why I can't tape both sides after assembly.

Floxed ply insert higher than plans location, to match where electric actuator will mount. Only done on right side as will have no manual landing brake or fuel valve here. Actuator will be mounted with clickbonds.
