Brief Description: Finish foam between LWY/LWX/Lower Longerons
Trimmed channel and tapes. Pretty crappy job. The bottom of the channel took up wrinkles from the plastic and micro leaked everywhere. If I did it again I would shape the foam rather than use micro for a bottom fillet, use box tape instead of plastic and bondo the foam to the table.
Tapes have voids, will sand some off and overlap the next layup, will inject resin in the reasonable voids.
Electrical channel protrudes from foam when you trim it to match LWY/LWX/Lower Longeron. Plans definitely shows the form-style channel should be 3/4" high, but the wood is 0.7" high. Have left the bottom of the channel protruding and see what happens.
6 x BID over all, with one replacing one of yesterday's crappy tapes.
