Prepare for inner glass
Sanded foam and excess micro.
Used router to cut window recess 1/16", and bevel with sandpaper.
Devised foolproof system for re-locating glass when laying up & precut. [Timewarp 20/04/14: Didn't work. Next time for sure!]
