Brief Description:  Prepare side windows

Have hinted at the side windows I'm intending to install. Lots of flying Long Ez and Cozy have them, but I'm not aware of any plans to do so. My plan is to install them from outside using Sikoflex, as used in the Glastar Sportsman, and others. The foam is 3/8", plan is to bevel the interior foam 1/16", then rout out the exterior foam 5/16" to make room for the bond, and a flox join on the bevel. Outside layup should be glass to glass with my bevelled interior.

Dimensions I'm using: The actual window cutout from 4.1" to 10" below the top of the upper longeron, from 2.5" to 13.5" from the aft face of the instrument panel, with a 2" radius on the corners. The edge of the bevel is from 3.3" to 10.8" from the top of the upper longeron, from 1.7" to 14.5" from the aft face of the instrument panel, with a 2.8" radius on the corners. Outside will have the same cutout, the edge of the bevel will coincide with the outside of the flox, with the outside edge of the recess extending another 1/4" beyond the bevel.
