Cut out F22 parts with electric scroll saw. Joins weren't exactly as per plans, placing of joints at straight base of top bit not optimum. Would be better to capture most of the curve for an easier middle bit.
Hint in my notes from CN35 to put a bit of flox in the 5 min epoxy when joining foam end-to-end. Caused massive exotherm which made the epoxy 'go off' in under a minute. Part completed OK, but forget the flox next time.
Used the Wayne Hicks 'tape hinge' method. Worked really well, but would be better if there was something supporting the parts at a convenient angle so the back tape doesn't let go, letting epoxy lumps under the tape.
