I started with a 36X48 sheet of.032 6061-T6 and marked the cut lines for control sticks. The final diminsion of the seat pan is 32 wide. Looking at the pan it does not seem like enough seat area for two, But I did sit in the mockup with Joe Patton and it was enough room to work all controls.
I also found that the Lowered Seat Modification to the plans calls for additional extruded aluminum angle material that I will have to order. In addition Parts that I previously made prior to winter vacation will not work with the Lowered seat. I needed to jump to section C that list the changes for the Lowered seat modifications. Then the best practicce for me was to go back and highlight the changes on the various plans sheets.
