Brief Description: Made the fairlead blocks and drilled holes.
I was not happy with the fairlead blocks that I previously made so I did it again with much better results. The holes are drilled with the drill press.
I also bent a 3/4 in flange on the front edge of both aft side skins using the 30 inch brake.
Drilling the fairleads and needed a vac to capture the dust from the phenolic block.
Finished procuct.
The aft skin 3/4 inch flange is bent to 14 degrees.
