Today I have finally finished the wing rigging. I had previously drilled the attach blocks and angles. I then removed the wings to complete riveting of the spar tunnel. Today I attached the wings again however the close tolerance of the attach angles and blocks was a little to close. I had expected this because the clecoes have some give but when the attach angles are riveted they pull together tighter. I had to shave the attach blocks and install the wing to check for fit. I pulled the wings out 8 times before getting a perfect fit. I also installed the wing walk doubler and errored by leaving a 1/4 inch gap. It may be ok with the rubber seal I will use between the wing and fuselage. I will think about it a might make a new wing walk.
