Brief Description: Cleco #30 Left Wing Ribs, Spacers, Rear Spar.
I Clecoed the Rear Spar to the Aft Ribs. I updrilled to #30 all spacers, Ribs and Rear Spar. It all looks good so now I removed all clecos and start cleaning and deburring all parts. The spacers and ribs account for 560 holes to be deburred. In addition all edges of all parts must be deburred and double checked to verify there are no stress raisers.
After cleaning and deburring I spray primed the Spar at the Rib attach locations and also all spacers. I have not primed all attach points but because the spar, 2 spacers and the rib all sandwich together at each rib attach point, I thought I would at least prime those parts.
