Tonight I made the brake handle which calls for 3/16 X 1in 6061 T6 aluminum bar. Al I have left was 1 1/4 bar. So I need to trim 1/4 in along the 17 in bar. I ended up leaving the top 1 1/4 wide and will create some finger grips. Also made the pivot angle and stop plate.
