Brief Description: Drill pilot holes in Flap Skins.
This is a bad day. My measurements for the Pilot holes in the Flap Skin inboard by the Flap Drive Rib are off by 1/4 nch on both left and right skins. I am just sick about it mostly because it was so stupid of me to make that mistake. I will look at it closer tomorrow to see if it can be salvaged. However, the flaps are control surfaces and must be built to spec, so I'll probably end up ordering the new skins.
I was really feeling good that I had not made a major mistake that cost me money and time but this makes up for a lot. The skins are $85 each plus shipping and of course 3.25 hrs build time along with the frustration factor.
