I did some last minute tweaks and it was time to load the plane and take it to the airport. For the first time she was among friends of her own kind. It was a nice feeling to get it out there and thanks to Ron Fugunt for driving over to help me load, transport, and set all the initial bolts and pins. I honestly could not have done it without him. I also solved that pesky flap bolt problem by bringing my 12 year old (small in stature) to stick his hand in while I wiggled the flap and together we got both bolts in, in a few minutes. I will head back in the coming days to finish installing nuts and making adjustments but I am about ready to call the DAR.
