I spent the whole day in the shed today. Fitting the leading edge required a few choice words, in the end I used a bit of dowel with a couple of tek screws sticking up in the end to pull and push the leading edge ribs into place. I'd forgotton the tip ribs, which the problem created was not enough space on my bench....Anyway, there's not much fiddling to do, and then I can fit the tip rib into place.
