Now that the steel work is done, I'm now back on aluminium! For doing the bends needed on the chrome moly tubing, I'd purchased an el-cheapo hydraulic pipe bender. Now this really cool device has all these other advantages......doing the bends on the aluminium sheet is real easy! I had been wondering how I was going to put the 5.2 degree bend on the rudder horn. Well with my new toy it took a minute or two of fussing around to make sure it was in alignment and then about two seconds of pumping and all that bit of worry was for nothing!
