The guys at the Sports Aircraft Association told me about this techique of folding the leading edges using a vacuum cleaner. Well I gave it a go tonight....one cut up shopping bag, a roll of electrical tape and some clamps and about 3 seconds of vacuum and voila! I used a spare bit of 1" bar to form the radius for the leading edge. My partner supplied a couple of extra hands and her trust with her vacuum but it was all very easy and not even worth any of the worry that I had expended.
