Finished cutting all remaining 8 foot 1" x 1" x 1/8" angle stock into rough lengths and labeled with plans part numbers.
Bandsaw blade broke at the weld just as I was starting to make parts, so I was delayed 3 hours while I went to Jackson Saw to order replacements. I'm replacing the 3/8" 8 TPI blade with a similar one and will also order a 1/2" wide 8 TPI blade to see how much difference that makes. Bought a Sears 1/4" 6 TPI blade to get by until the other blades are made.
Installed the new blade and adjusted the guides.
