Had sent Kerry an email on Friday 4/3 with questions on tip rib alignment and also how to fill some extra holes I drilled that missed the flange on the tip rib. He said the tip rib needs some adjusting and rebending of the flanges to fit right. Too late for me on that. I've drilled and am installing even though the bottom edge of the rib is about 1/16" too far in. Shouldn't be too visible and it's only cosmetic.
The extra holes are unfortunately on top of the aileron skin. The plans called for pilot holes being 1/2" in from the edge, so that's what I drilled. Then couldn't get the tip rib in far enough, so had to redrill 1/4" in.
Kerry suggested using flush rivets to fill the extra holes, since I'm going to paint. Someone else suggested using very thin fiberglas cloth as you would find at a model shop. Others have used JB Weld and sanded. I'll probably rivet.
