Brief Description: Wing Spars - practice solid riveting
Practiced per Detail "G" on plans page W08.
Used scrap pieces to learn how to dimple, using the Sonex Super Simple Dimple Dye. Set up and used the microstop countersink for the thicker material.
Clecoed sandwich together and tried setting a couple of flush rivets using the Sonex method of hammering with a bolt against the Sonex bucking bar on the concrete garage floor. Bucking bar made slight creases in the .032 flush side. Hard to hold work piece straight single handed.
