Fabricated the 8 gussets for the Wing Root Ribs. * Made paper patterns from full sized plans * Used bandsaw to cut to shape, belt sander to smooth edges to final size, Scotchbrite wheel and pads to final dress and round corners, and hand files to smooth notches.
Trimmed front and rear flanges off the aft root ribs per plans.
Next - will fabricate rear wing spars before finishing page W17.
