Brief Description: Horiz Tail: Fitting LH Fiberglass Tip
Installing fiberglass tips on horizontal stabilizer:
* Used duct tape to hold in place. * Trimmed back nose of tip ribs and smoothed edges and corners.
Note: Recommend a lot of sanding of the inside of the tips to allow them to slide in and out. They are very rough as received.
* Temporarily connected elevators to allow trailing edge of tips to be adjusted side to side for proper clearance from elevators. Needed to do some trimming and sanding on the FG tip.
