Brief Description: Horiz Tail: Correction to misaligned holes in HS f
When the pilot holes were drilled on the bottom of the HS, there were two ribs where the holes veered off the centerlines of the ribs and one place where the hole was too close to the end of the flange.
* I corrected the latter by drilling another hole 1/2" back from the first one in RH rib T04-02. See Picture 1.
* For the two ribs with holes too close to the edges, I made doublers from .025 aluminum strips 1/2" wide. These were held in place with flush rivets and the rib flange will be sandwiched between the doublers and the skins. The ribs in question are RH rib T04-01 and LH rib T04-02.
