Researched "Vertical Stabilizer Tip" in SonexTalk and that was very helpful, especially Aaron Knight's comment that the very slight twist in the rear of the tip and the 1/4" overhang past the rudder is really insignificant both visually and in any aerodynamic effect. That helped me to just get on with it and put the darn thing in place. I think it came out fine. The tip is just clecoed in place until I get to filling and sanding the imperfections later.
Riveted the starboard side of the stabilizer, so it's all closed up except the 6" near the tip. I'm declaring the T08-01 Vertical Stabilizer Assembly COMPLETED.
FG tip in place for drilling.
Aft tip drilled and clecoed.
Vertical Tail Assembly complete except final riveting of tip.
