5/3/08 2.5 hrs Began making horizontal stablizer ribs from channel. Completed 2 ribs tonight.
5/4/08 2.5 hrs Cut 4 ribs with snips @ both ends. Dressed edges and corners.
5/8/08 1.0 hrs Bought an 18" bending brake from Harbor Freight and tried it on scrap. Need practice to get proper radius bends in the right place. Went back to the hammer and wooden block method.
5/8/08 2.8 hrs Trimmed and dressed (3) T14-03 Tip Ribs. Finished 2 each of T04-01, T04-02 and T04-04 ribs. Discovered gouges on T14-03 rib flanges from Scotch Brite wheel and will have to remake them.
