1.0 hrs. Papered over workshop table and laid out pencil lines for assembly of Horizontal Stabilizer frame. 3.0 hrs. Craig Ritson came over and we assembled the HS frame (drilled #40 pilot holes and clecoed ribs in place except for tip ribs. Flanges on both ends need to be adjusted to position tip ribs properly.
TIP: It's extremely important to position the spars exactly and clamp or cleco them down to the table.
