Brief Description: Ailerons: Cutting the lead counterweights
* Hand sawed the lead counterbalance block with a hacksaw in the garage. Took about an hour. Wanted to keep any lead particles out of the house. The handsaw made it easier to control the scattering of the particles - much better than using the bandsaw. Captured them on paper and carefully vacuumed the area afterward.
* Cut a wood rib template to drill against for the aileron skins. Drilled pilot holes in the RH aileron skin for the center and inboard ribs and clecoed them in place.
* Drilled, updrilled and deburred the RH aileron drive assembly W04-05R.
