Brief Description: Wing RH Main Spar - Builder Assist - prep to rivet
First day of Builder Assistance by Jeff Paris. Objective is to complete both main spars. I have fully prepped the LH spar, but we spent today getting the RH spar ready to rivet and experimenting with a few tools that Jeff brought with him for setting the solid rivets.
We finished dimpling and countersinking all the flush rivet holes, drilled the "tight fit" bolt and machine screw holes, drilled all rivet holes up to final size, deburred everything and set the first two solid rivets. RH Main Spar is ready for all the remaining rivets.
