I placed the nose skin rudder, drilled and clecoed along the nose rib of the rudder. I checked for proper alignment of the skin, then I drilled and clecoed along the main spar of the rudder. After everything was drilled and clecoed in place, I debured the holes, and permanently riveted the structure in place, finishing the construction of the rudder.
I aligned the nose skin on the rudder and clecoed along both sides of the nose rib.
Af0ter checking the alignment, I drilled and clecoed the nose skin along the main spar of the rudder.
One by one, I removed and replaced all clecos with rivets finsihing the construction of the rudder.
