Brief Description: I installed the rudder skin on the rudder skeleton
With the completed rudder skeleton in hand, I carefully placed the rudder skin on the skeleton and aligned the ribs in place before drilling for clecos. After clecoing the ruder skin, I ensured that there were no wharps or imperfections in the structure before I riveted in place of clecos.
I alligned the rudder skin along the ribs and clecoed in place
After deburing, I removed the clecos and replaced with rivets
