Brief Description: Extended rudder.

So i test assembled the extended rudder part then painted and deburred it. Also fixed all pappers for application for modification, now i need my inspector to sign in so i can send it in. Strobe needs to be moved. aswell and remolded to fit the new top as soon as i get the application approved.
