Skirt is pop riveted on! Still need to remove the entire canopy, flip it over and run a bead of sikaflex along the canopy to skirt joint for strength, final fit to fuselage and final shape and sand.
Later the same day, Scott Taylor and I lifted the canopy off and stood it up on end on a piece of carpet and I ran the sikaflex bead down the inside joint where the canopy and skirt come together. May or may not be necessary but with the thin joint of sika between the skirt and plexi I feel more comfortable having this bead in place.
