The sikaflex day arrived and didn't go as planned. I taped the canopy and frame off, sanded, cleaned and primed both. Then I assembled the canopy and frame (for the last time!) and punctured the sikaflex tubes....and they are the wrong color. I ordered black and received white! That won't work color wise, so it's a no go on the sikaflex until more arrives next week. Grrr...
VAF seems to collectively believe its just fine for me to clean and reprime then apply the sikaflex...so that's what I'm going to do. I did throw some plastic over it to keep dust off the primer.
