Today was sanding day. I sanded off the cake icing of epoxy and micro balloons that I smeared on yesterday. All in all, it's looking pretty good. Not done yet but getting there. After sanding I removed the skirt, flipped it over and put another couple of layers on the bottom side where the two skirts come together. That is why it's taped down at present...to insure that the new layers cure in the shape I want them to remain in. So for now, I'll leave it alone to cure and work on the empennage glass for a while.
