For the front seat heater, I dropped both connectors (seat and back) down through the floor and they will be connected by removing the right side foot well (nut plated, not rivetted as per plans). The wiring then pops back up through the floor under the front seat ramp. It runs under the ramp but over the spar and then drops down under the right side thigh cover (I can't recall what to call that cover...it's under the switch panel) where the switch is located.
