Brief Description: Fitting the Cockpit Heater baffle to front cockpit
Next we mounted and matchdrilled the fuel selector valve mounting plate and housing to the bulkhead, and installed their platenuts. With it in place, we could mount the heat baffle/floor channel in place temporarily attached to the firewall and the fuel selector valve housing. With it in place, I marked and drilled the four screw holes through the floor angle into the floor channel's side flange. I cleaned up those holes, then installed the platenuts to the floor channel (image 2).
That finished this job and I set the baffle/floor channel assembly aside.
