Brief Description: SB 14-01-31 part 4, positioning the spar doublers
I seperated the two halves of the doublers that came with the SB kit. I measured, drilled, and deburred the rivet holes on the doublers: Note that they don't align with any existing rivet holes on the stab spar. I clamped the doublers to the spar, taking care to marry the doubler's bend with the spar bend, thus placing the spar/doubler faces flush. Clamped in place, I matchdrilled through the doubler holes into the spar, then vice versa, cleco-ing each hole.
