Brief Description: Bolted the Rudder into place!

Had an hour, so I installed the rudder and connected the tail position light. The position light works! The strobe doesn't, but it's on the same circuit as the wingtip strobes which aren't yet connected, so until then I can't test them.

The rudder is hung...

...and the tail light works!
