Before installing the vertical and horizontal stabilizers, I installed the nutplates that will hold on the fiberglass fairing that surrounds the vertical/horizontal stabilizers' as they mate to the fuselage. This required me to drill out some rivets that I previously set in the three stabilizers and the fuselage.
